Event & Venue Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join The Florrie events team and assist the Events and Venue Manager to set up and run the many events that The Florrie hosts.
A chance to work in the most iconic building, full of character, steeped in history in the heart of the local community.
We are looking for someone who is reliable with good customer service, organisational and time management skills with an ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
This is not a 9-5 job, this job requires the post holder to work some evenings and weekends according to business need, therefore times and days of work will differ week to week.
*Examples of events and fundraisers we have delivered in the past include Florrie Fest, Food-Aid Liverpool, music gigs, conferences, meetings, award evenings, gala dinners, Christmas parties, exhibitions and much more and have a full calendar of exciting events to deliver in the coming year.
This role is Fixed Term for 12 months from the date of appointment and subject to a 3-month probationary period, the contract period may be extended subject to secured income from events.
